quick and easy tomato sauce
I know some of the jar tomatoe sauces are really great but its so easy to make your own and cheaper too. You can add cooked meatballs and saugage or any meats you like to make this more hearty. Its a great base for lots of dishes and I make small containers and freeze to pull out anytime. Great as pizza sauce, just add oregano. We make pizza pretzels when soft pretzels get stale. Makes the house smell great too.
