  • 1 cup cubed american cheese
  • 1 pound uncooked penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon all purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chunky blue cheese dressing
  • 11/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3 ounces cream cheese,softened
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned pepper,divided
  • 3 cups shredded pork
  • 1 cup crumbled bacon bits
  • 3/4 cup crushed saltine cracker crumbs

How To Make pulled pork macaroni and cheese

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 F.Coated a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.Add cubed american cheese.
  • Step 2
    Prepared penne pasta according to package directions.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile,melt 2 tablespoons margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat.Gradually whisk in flour;cook,whisking constantly,1 minute.Gradually whisk in milk and blue cheese dressing until smooth;cook,whisking constantly,8 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  • Step 4
    Whisk in cheeses and 1 tablespoon seasoned pepper until smooth.Remove from heat,and stir in shredded pork and pasta.
  • Step 5
    Pour pasta mixture into a prepared baking dish.Sprinkle with bacon bits,cracker crumbs and remaining seasoned pepper over pasta mixture.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
