"Plump up the Veggie" Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

1 - 2#gr. bee, gr. turkey, gr. lamb (protein of personal taste)

1 conion, chopped fine as desired
-
3 stalk(s)ribs, celery, chopped " "

1 cmushroom, chopped " "

1 c. ccarrots, chopped " "
-
1/2 csweet peppers, chopped " "
-
1 1/2 tspcrushed garlic or, up to double amt as desired
-
3/4 tspbaking powder
-
2 Tbspbr. sugar or preferred alternative subtstitute
-
1 tspsalt
-
1-2 tspgrandualated white sugar or preferred subsititute
-
1 tsporegano
-
1-2 tspchili powder
-
1-2 tspsmoked paprika
-
1-2 tspg. mustard
-
1/2 cketchup
-
2 can(s)stewed tomatoes

1-2 kgc0mmercial preferred spaghetti sauce. can use bland generic on sale as other ingredients are really the flavor boost after all.
How to Make "Plump up the Veggie" Spaghetti Sauce
- Lightly sauté veggies and spices in pan with minimal amt. of olive oil.
- Combine sauté mix, browned protein, and other ingredients in crock pot or large soup kettle.
- I turn it on low with an occasional stir during the course of my day or crock pot on low 4-8 hrs.
- Serve over any type of prepared pasta, Freezes well in smaller quantities so you just use amount desired for a lot of meals if not hosting a group of 8-12 in one sitting. Sdd a salad and garlic bread - done.
