Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 4 teaspoons flour
- 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
- 1 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 ounces baby spinach, fresh
How To Make pasta with spinach & gorgonzola sauce

Step 1Cook pasta according to directions

Step 2Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add flour, cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk stirring constantly - bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.

Step 3Remove from heat and stir in cheese, salt & pepper.

Step 4Drain pasta, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water if needed for sauce. Combine sauce, pasta & spinach to combine. Serve it up!
