    linguine pasta
  • 4 tsp
  • 4 tsp
  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk (12 oz)
  • 1 c
    gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 6 oz
    baby spinach, fresh

How to Make Pasta with Spinach & Gorgonzola Sauce


  1. Cook pasta according to directions
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add flour, cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk stirring constantly - bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cheese, salt & pepper.
  4. Drain pasta, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water if needed for sauce. Combine sauce, pasta & spinach to combine. Serve it up!
