Ingredients

  • 1 pound linguine pasta
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 4 teaspoons flour
  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
  • 1 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 ounces baby spinach, fresh

How To Make pasta with spinach & gorgonzola sauce

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta according to directions
  • Step 2
    Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add flour, cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk stirring constantly - bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat and stir in cheese, salt & pepper.
  • Step 4
    Drain pasta, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water if needed for sauce. Combine sauce, pasta & spinach to combine. Serve it up!
