4 tbsp. butter
6 oz. mascarpone
1/2 lb. medium size shell pasta, cooked and drained
1/2 cup freshly grated pecorino cheese
2 oz. shelled walnut halves, chopped coarsely
salt and freshly ground pepper
fresh chopped parsley

How to Make Pasta Factory’s Pasta Shells with Mascarpone and w

Step-by-Step

  • 1In heatproof serving dish, melt the butter and mascarpone. It must gently heat, not boil.
  • 2To this mixture, add cooked pasta. Turn it to mix while adding half of the Pecorino, the walnuts and salt, pepper and parsley. Serve and pass remaining Pecorino. Serves 4
