Ingredients

  • - 4 tbsp. butter
  • - 6 oz. mascarpone
  • - 1/2 lb. medium size shell pasta, cooked and drained
  • - 1/2 cup freshly grated pecorino cheese
  • - 2 oz. shelled walnut halves, chopped coarsely
  • - salt and freshly ground pepper
  • - fresh chopped parsley

How To Make pasta factory’s pasta shells with mascarpone and w

  • Step 1
    In heatproof serving dish, melt the butter and mascarpone. It must gently heat, not boil.
  • Step 2
    To this mixture, add cooked pasta. Turn it to mix while adding half of the Pecorino, the walnuts and salt, pepper and parsley. Serve and pass remaining Pecorino. Serves 4
