How to Make Orichetti Bake

  1. In a microwavable mixing bowl, combine laughing cow cheese, butter spread, milk and wheat flour. Heat at 80% power for 3-4 minutes, until bubbly.
  2. Whisk ingredients till smooth. Continue heating for an additional 2 minutes until mixture thickens.
  3. Add in cottage cheese, pasta, mustard, ham, seasoned salt, garlic powder and shredded cheese. Mix together.
  4. Pour into a lightly greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees F for 45-50 minutes, until pasta is tender.
  5. Top with parmesan and enjoy!
  6. Options:
1)You can top the mixture with breadcrumbs before baking.
    2) You may want to decrease the amount of mustard if it is too strong for your tastes.
    3) I often use almond milk in this recipe for a nutty richness.
