Decided to try and really came out good. Quick and easy.

Ingredients
- 1 - onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 can tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced (28oz)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/3 cup fresh basil minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 6 ounces fresh baby spinach
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 package pasta of choice
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make one pot pasta

Step 1Heat olive oil on medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic and saute until onion is translucent.

Step 2Add in rest of ingredients saving some parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top of dishes.

Step 3Cover and heat on high until comes to boil. Reduce to simmer and cook 15 minutes until pasta is al dente.
