Ingredients

  • 1
    onion diced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 can(s)
    tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced (28oz)
  • 1 tsp
    oregano
  • 1/3 c
    fresh basil minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 6 oz
    fresh baby spinach
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 pkg
    pasta of choice
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese

How to Make One pot pasta

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat olive oil on medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic and saute until onion is translucent.
  2. Add in rest of ingredients saving some parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top of dishes.
  3. Cover and heat on high until comes to boil. Reduce to simmer and cook 15 minutes until pasta is al dente.
