onion diced
4 clove
garlic minced
2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 can(s)
tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced (28oz)
1 tsp
1/3 c
fresh basil minced
1/4 tsp
crushed red pepper
6 oz
fresh baby spinach
2 c
chicken broth
1 pkg
pasta of choice
1/4 c
parmesan cheese

How to Make One pot pasta


  • 1Heat olive oil on medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic and saute until onion is translucent.
  • 2Add in rest of ingredients saving some parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top of dishes.
  • 3Cover and heat on high until comes to boil. Reduce to simmer and cook 15 minutes until pasta is al dente.
