My Pasta Salad

When I lived in Boulder, CO, I went to a restaurant and ordered the pasta salad. I liked it so much that I went home and tried to re-create what I remembered it tasting like (I was not a pasta eater at the time). This is very close to the dish I had, only with my twist.

I like my salad a bit on the dry side. The one at the restaurant had a lot of liquid in it.
