    onions, chopped
  • 1 large
    green bell pepper,diced
  • 1 can(s)
    mushrooms, diced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, diced
  • ·
    olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground round
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg
    peas, frozen english
  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernnel corn
  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked small pasta shells
  • ·
    sharp cheddar cheese, grated

How to Make MORE!!! A One Dish Dinner

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a Dutch oven sauté onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and garlic in a small amount of olive oil. Add ground round and chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and let dimmer for awhile.
  4. Add peas, corn, and cooked pasta shells. Sprinkle top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
