2 medium
onions, chopped
1 large
green bell pepper,diced
1 can(s)
mushrooms, diced
2 clove
garlic, diced
olive oil
1 1/2 lb
ground round
1 Tbsp
chili powder
salt and pepper
1 can(s)
fire roasted tomatoes
1 can(s)
tomato sauce
1 pkg
peas, frozen english
1 can(s)
whole kernnel corn
1 1/2 c
cooked small pasta shells
sharp cheddar cheese, grated

How to Make MORE!!! A One Dish Dinner

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2In a Dutch oven sauté onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and garlic in a small amount of olive oil. Add ground round and chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and let dimmer for awhile.
  • 4Add peas, corn, and cooked pasta shells. Sprinkle top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
