monterey jack spaghetti
I found this on facebook and just had to try it. Its such a nice warm dish perfect for cold winter nights. You can add roasted chicken to this recipe too.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 cups shredded monteray jack cheese
- 2 packages ( 10 oz ) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed & drained
- 1 large can can of durkee french fried onion rings, divided
How To Make monterey jack spaghetti

Step 1Cook spaghetti to pkg directions

Step 2In a medium bowl, beat eggs, add sour cream, Parmesan cheese & garlic powder.

Step 3Drain spaghetti & add to egg mixture w/ Monterey Jack cheese, spinach & 1/2 the onions

Step 4Put in greased 2 qt. casserole & bake @ 350 degrees for 45 mins, covered. Last 5 minutes, add the remaining onions & enjoy
