My Girlfriend has made this all the time and it was really good, but she made a lot of it though. This would be much quicker to make and it is for one person and you don't even have to go to a restaurant to get this. Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 2 oz
    uncooked fettuccine
  • 3 Tbsp
    half and half
  • 1 oz
    herb and garlic cream cheese,cubed
  • 3 Tbsp
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt,, and white pepper

How to Make Microwave Fettuccine Alfredo

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile,in a small microwave-safe bowl,combine the cream and cream cheese.Cover and microwave at 50% power for 2 minutes; stir in the Parmesan cheese until smooth.Stir in salt if desired and pepper.Drain fettuccine; toss with sauce.
  2. This recipe was made in a 1,100- watt microwave.
