Meat Concern

When you have 3 kids and they are all very picky eaters, you have 2 choices, cook 3 different dishes or disguise the things they don't eat in one meal. I chose the second choice.

1 large
can cream-style corn
1 large
can fire roasted tomatoes
salt and pepper, to taste
3 Tbsp
1 pkg
fideo or broken angel hair pasta, cooked
1/4 c
chopped onion
1/4 c
chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c
canned sliced mushrooms
1/2 dash(es)
chopped celery
1 1/2 lb
ground buffalo
1 can(s)
tomato soup
worcestershire sauce
asiago cheese, grated


1Put corn and tomatoes in ceramic Dutch oven and cook with salt and 2 tablespoons butter.
2Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet and sauté onion, red bell pepper, and mushrooms until onion is clear.
3Add celery, meat and pepper. Cook well.
4Add to corn, tomatoes, and tomato soup. Add Worcestershire sauce and taste for seasoning. Add noodles and simmer for 30 minutes.
5Cool completely. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
6One hour before serving.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter.
7Pour mixture into the greased baking dish and dot generously with butter and top with grated cheese. Bake for 1 hour.
