When you have 3 kids and they are all very picky eaters, you have 2 choices, cook 3 different dishes or disguise the things they don't eat in one meal. I chose the second choice.

can cream-style corn
1 large
can fire roasted tomatoes
salt and pepper, to taste
3 Tbsp
1 pkg
fideo or broken angel hair pasta, cooked
1/4 c
chopped onion
1/4 c
chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c
canned sliced mushrooms
1/2 dash(es)
chopped celery
1 1/2 lb
ground buffalo
1 can(s)
tomato soup
worcestershire sauce
asiago cheese, grated

How to Make Meat Concern


  • 1Put corn and tomatoes in ceramic Dutch oven and cook with salt and 2 tablespoons butter.
  • 2Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet and sauté onion, red bell pepper, and mushrooms until onion is clear.
  • 3Add celery, meat and pepper. Cook well.
  • 4Add to corn, tomatoes, and tomato soup. Add Worcestershire sauce and taste for seasoning. Add noodles and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 5Cool completely. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
  • 6One hour before serving.
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  • 7Pour mixture into the greased baking dish and dot generously with butter and top with grated cheese. Bake for 1 hour.
