macaroni and cheese extreme cassorole
Had dinner to make and found these items already in the house so threw them together and it was DELICIOUS! Family loved it!!!! Told me I should share the recipe with you all. Enjoy!!!!

Ingredients
- 1 bag macaroni, cooked
- 2 pounds hamburger, cooked and drained
- 2 cans jalapeno pinto beans
- 2 cans hernandez salsa
- 1/2 jar jalapeno peppers
- 3/4 package mexican velvetta (large block)
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 bag taco flavored chips
- 1 can black olives sliced
- 1 tablespoon sour cream (optional)
- 1/4 cup salsa (optional)
- 2 tablespoons garlic chopped
How To Make macaroni and cheese extreme cassorole

Step 1Heat oven to 350

Step 2In skillet brown hamburger,onion, chopped garlic, jalapenos, drained pinto beans. Drain grease, season with salt and pepper

Step 3In a separate pot, cook macaroni. Drain. Add velvetta and hernandez salsa. You can use your choice of salsa, I just love the taste of hernandez. Let cheese melt as if for mac and cheese.

Step 4After cheese is melted into macaroni add the hamburger mixture into the pot. Mix thoroughly so cheese is distributed throughout the hamburger mixture as well.

Step 5Pour contents of pot into a casserole dish and spread evenly. Top with crushed Taco flavored (or your choice)Doritos and the cheddar cheese and sliced black olives (optional)

Step 6Cook at 350 in oven until cheese melts completely. About 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream and Salsa on top(Optional)
