lee's mac & cheese
Our family loves this creamy cheesy noodle dish. Always served at family gatherings. Can garnish with paprika dusted on top or sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top then bake.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces box of elbow macaroni
- 1 small pkg. of velvetta cheese, cubed
- 16 ounces can of evaporated milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make lee's mac & cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Boil noodles al dente.

Step 2Mix next 5 ingredients with only 1 cup of cheddar cheese with cooked noodles. Salt & pepper to taste. Then stir in egg.

Step 3Pour in greased dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle remaining sharp cheese on top.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
