Our family loves this creamy cheesy noodle dish. Always served at family gatherings. Can garnish with paprika dusted on top or sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top then bake.

  • 16 oz
    box of elbow macaroni
  • 1 small
    pkg. of velvetta cheese, cubed
  • 16 oz
    can of evaporated milk
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    cheddar cheese soup
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Lee's Mac & Cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Boil noodles al dente.
  2. Mix next 5 ingredients with only 1 cup of cheddar cheese with cooked noodles. Salt & pepper to taste. Then stir in egg.
  3. Pour in greased dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle remaining sharp cheese on top.
  4. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
