Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cans tomato paste (6 oz. cans)
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 cups water
- tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 package lasagna noodles
- 1 pound cottage cheese
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make lasagne

Step 1in large pan lightly brown beef and onions . drain grease.

Step 2add oil, tomatoes,tomato paste,water, parsley, salt, sugar,garlic powder,pepper, and oregano. simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for 45 min.

Step 3meanwhile cook noodles as the directions say, drain.

Step 4in 13x9x2 baking pan spread about 1 cup of the sauce in bottom of pan. then alternate layers of noodles, sauce cottage cheese, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Step 5bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
