  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 3/4 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 can(s)
    tomato paste (6 oz. cans)
  • 1 can(s)
  • 2 c
  • Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 pkg
    lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb
    cottage cheese
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make lasagne


  1. in large pan lightly brown beef and onions . drain grease.
  2. add oil, tomatoes,tomato paste,water, parsley, salt, sugar,garlic powder,pepper, and oregano. simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for 45 min.
  3. meanwhile cook noodles as the directions say, drain.
  4. in 13x9x2 baking pan spread about 1 cup of the sauce in bottom of pan. then alternate layers of noodles, sauce cottage cheese, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  5. bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
