HAD LEFTOVER CHICKEN N HAM THAT I WANTD TO USE SO I USED MY HAM N SWISS MAC N CHEESES RECIPE N JUST ADDED WHITE WINE AND CHICKEN.....PERFECTLY DELICIOUS :)

Ingredients
- 1/4 pound deli ham, diced
- 3/4 cup cookd chicken, diced
- 1/2 pound swiss cheese, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopd
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon s n p. each
- 1/4 cup frozen green peas (optional. just to make this dish a bit healthier. lol)
- 1 pound pasta.......any small cut

Step 1HEAT UP OLIVE OIL N SAUTÉ ONIONS....THEN SPRINKLE IN FLOUR N COOK FOR A MINUTE. TURN OFF HEAT N ADD WHITE WINE COOK ON MED N STIR.

Step 2ADD CHICKEN BROTH N HEAT TO IT COMES TO A SLIGHT BOIL. ADD Sn P. ADD CRUSHD RED PEPPER AT THIS TIME IF USING (I used 1/2 TSP) NOW ADD EVAPORATED MILK N STIR TO COMBINE OVER LOW HEAT (MAKE PASTA AT THIS TIME ;)

Step 3ADD SWISS CHEESE N STIR UNTIL ITS MELTD....NOW ADD HAM, CHICKEN N PEAS (if using). STIR UNTIL COMBINED N SIMMERD.
