- 1 can evaporatd milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon blk pepper
- 1/4 cup frozen green peas
- 1 pound pasta...ur choice

Step 1SAUTED ONIONS IN OLIVE OIL FOR 3 MINUTES....THEN ADD FLOUR N COOK FOR ANOTHER MINUTE.

Step 2ADD CHICKN BROTH N STIR UNTIL IT THICKENS SLIGHTLY.(WEN MIXTURE COMES TO A SLIGHT BOIL) NEXT ADD SALT N PEPPER.

Step 3NOW ADD EVAPORTD MILK N STIR OVER LOW HEAT. AT THIS TIME MAKE PASTA.

Step 4ADD SWISS CHEESE N STIR UNTIL ITS MELTD N GOOEY....ADD A LIL MORE CHICKN BROTH IF NEEDD TO THIN OUT TO DESIRED CONSISTENCY ;)

Step 6IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE COOKD PASTA WITH CHEEZY HAM N PEA MIXTURE...MMMMMMMM. ENJOY :) UPDATE. AFTER ADDN FLOUR (if using wine increase flour to 1 1/2 TBLSP) N COOKN FOR A MINUTE ADD 1/2 cup WHITE WINE N COOK FOR ADDITIONAL MINUTE...ADDS EXTRA FLAVA :)
