Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounce) egg noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package (.75 ounce) dry mushroom gravy mix
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 can (6 ounce) chopped mushrooms, with liquid
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 - (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 2 cans (10.75 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
How To Make ground beef stroganoff

Step 1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes; drain.

Step 2In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with onion until done; drain away excess grease.

Step 3Mix mushroom gravy powder, cubed cream cheese and undrained mushrooms with ground beef until thoroughly blended and cream cheese has melted. Add milk, sour cream, and mushroom soup to the mixture and blend well.

Step 4Combine Pasta with Hamburger mixture and blend well. Serve.
