Ingredients

3/4 lblean ground beef
-
3 cwater
-
1 can(s)(14 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
-
1 pkgknorr recipe classics roasted garlic soup, dip, recipe mix
-
2-1/2 cuncooked pasta twists (8 oz.)
-
1 pkg(10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
-
1 can(s)(2.2 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained (1/2 cup)
-
1/4 ccrumbled feta cheese or grated parmesan
How to Make GREEK ISLAND SKILLET
- In large skillet, saute ground beef until browned. Spoon off excess drippings. Add water, tomatoes with juice and recipe mix; bring to a boil.
- Stir in pasta and return to boiling; reduce heat, cover and simmer 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring frequently.
- Stir in spinach and olives. Simmer 2 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese.
