Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 pound ground veal
- 1 - carrot, diced
- 1 - celery stalk, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large can, crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup red wine
- - salt/pepper to taste
- 1 box farfalle ( bowtie pasta)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make farfalle bolognese

Step 1Boil Pasta according to box ( al dente,firm to taste)

Step 2In a large skillet, saute carrots, celery and onions in the olive oil about 5 mins.

Step 3add in the meats and brown.

Step 4add the can of crushed tomatoes and the red wine.

Step 5add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for at least 1 hour.

Step 6gently stir in the Farfalle, sprinkle the parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley....Delicious
