I was called upon to make macaroni and cheese for a family get-together. After a little while of my sister and I playing around with the recipe, this was the end result. Pretty simple, but rich, super cheesy, and absolutely decadent. This is the only recipe we use for macaroni and cheese now :) This recipe uses a lot of milk and cheese, so it is still ooey-gooey even after baking, which is how we love it. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients For decadent macaroni and cheese
pasta of choice (16 oz.)
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
crushed ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
How To Make decadent macaroni and cheese
Cook pasta and drain.
Meanwhile, while pasta is cooking, melt butter over medium heat in a large pot, then blend in flour and salt.
Gradually stir in milk until thickened, and then stir in cheeses.
Pour cheese sauce into pasta pot and stir. Then pour entire mixture into a large casserole dish, and sprinkle with crushed ritz crackers.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
