dad’s chili with sea shells
This is my dad’s version of chili that I grew up eating. He ALWAYS added seashells to his chili. He would also use Chili Brick, which had all the seasoning and spices. Since Chili Brick is no longer available, I use Rotel Chili Fixins. I use half of a can because I don't like it to hot or spicy. I know, I know, it's chili but....;) it's just a personal preference.
