This recipe is from the back of the package of Knorr Pasta Sides - Alfredo. Feel free to use 1 package (10 ounces) frozen spinach if fresh spinach is not available. (Thaw and ring out as much water as possible before adding to the dish.)

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

- 1 package knorr pasta sides - alfredo
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
How To Make creamy chicken alfredo

Step 1Prepare Knorr Pasta Sides- Alfredo according to package directions, stirring in tomatoes and spinach during the last 5 minutes of cook time.

Step 2Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet and cook shrimp, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes.

Step 3Stir cooked shrimp into hot pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.
