Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, cut into 1/4 in pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 cups fresh kale, chopped
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups bow-tie pasta, uncooked
How To Make creamy bow tie pasta with kale

Step 1In a large skillet at med heat cook bacon pieces until slightly brown, add the smashed garlic. Cook until bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towel and reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings.

Step 2Heat the reserved drippings and add kale. Cook until wilted. Add 1/2 cup water and cook until tender. Prepare bow tie pasta according to package. Drain and reserve 1 cup pasta water.

Step 3In a large bowl whisk eggs and cheeses until combine. Stir in a little of the hot pasta water and then the pasta and kale. Add the bacon pieces and mix until everything is combine.
