chicken mozzerella pasta with sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients

• 3 large garlic cloves minced
• 1 small jar 3-4 oz. tomatoes in oil (drained reserving 2 tblsp. for sauteing, or or use 3-4 oz fat free sundried tomatoes
• 1 pound chicken breast tenders
• - salt
• 1 pinch paprika
• 1 cup half and half
• 1 cup mozzerella cheese shredded
• 8 ounces penne pasta
• 1 tablespoon basil
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 1/2 cup reserved cooked pasta water
• - salt to taste
