Ingredients

  • - 12 oz. frozen cavatelli (or homemade, if you're adveneturous)
  • - 3 1/2 cups homemade or store bought spaghetti sauce
  • - 1 1/4 cups ricotta cheese

How To Make cavatelli with red sauce and ricotta

  • Step 1
    Bring large pot of lightly salted water to boil over high heat. Add cavatelli and cook til they all float to the top, about 7 minutes. If using frozen cavatelli, cook as package directs
  • Step 2
    Drain well. don't rinse pasta, even if you mother thought you to do so.
  • Step 3
    Transfer pasta to serving bowl. Add sauce and mix gently. Serve in bowls, topping each serving with about 3 Tbsp. of ricotta. Serve hot.SoUrge: unknown
