- - 12 oz. frozen cavatelli (or homemade, if you're adveneturous)
- - 3 1/2 cups homemade or store bought spaghetti sauce
- - 1 1/4 cups ricotta cheese
How To Make cavatelli with red sauce and ricotta

Step 1Bring large pot of lightly salted water to boil over high heat. Add cavatelli and cook til they all float to the top, about 7 minutes. If using frozen cavatelli, cook as package directs

Step 2Drain well. don't rinse pasta, even if you mother thought you to do so.

Step 3Transfer pasta to serving bowl. Add sauce and mix gently. Serve in bowls, topping each serving with about 3 Tbsp. of ricotta. Serve hot.SoUrge: unknown
