Ingredients
- 1 package penne
- 4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
How To Make broccoli and pasta blanco

Step 1Prepare the pasta according to the package directions. Add the broccoli during the last 4 minutes of the cooking time. Drain the pasta and broccoli well in a colander.

Step 2Sir the soup, milk and black pepper in a 12x8x2-inch shallow baking dish. Stir in the pasta mixture, 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and the cheese melts.
