Bow Tie Pasta with Gorgonzola and Toasted Walnuts
1 lbbow tie pasta, cooked or other pasta, cooked
1 can(s)(12 ounce) evaporated milk or 1 cup whipping cream
1 cgorgonzola cheese
1 1/2 cfrozen peas, thawed
3/4 cchopped walnuts, toasted
1 tsponion salt (optional)
1 tspgarlic powder (optional)
How to Make Bow Tie Pasta with Gorgonzola and Toasted Walnuts
- Heat evaporated milk in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until hot.
Stir in cheese.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is partially melted and sauce is slightly thickened.
- Add peas, pasta and seasonings; cook, stirring frequently, until heated through.
- Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
