I got this reciepe from my dad's second wife. I love it and it is very easy and good to make during the week if you are a busy mom. It is quick and easy to put together in the morning and your family will love it!
1Put both cans of soup in the crock pot (mix them together a bit). Add the stew beef. I cook it on low heat. I do it before I go to work and let it cook all day....makes the meat really tender.
2When you get home, turn it off. Cook egg noodles according to directions on package. While that is cooking I pour the beef mixture in a big bowl (careful it is hot and might splatter). I then take two forks and shred the beef up.
3Drain the noodles and then add to beef mixture and mix it up. Add salt and pepper to taste. I serve with mashed potatoes.
