1 pkgextra wide egg noodles
How to Make Beef and Noodles
- Put both cans of soup in the crock pot (mix them together a bit). Add the stew beef. I cook it on low heat. I do it before I go to work and let it cook all day....makes the meat really tender.
- When you get home, turn it off. Cook egg noodles according to directions on package. While that is cooking I pour the beef mixture in a big bowl (careful it is hot and might splatter). I then take two forks and shred the beef up.
- Drain the noodles and then add to beef mixture and mix it up. Add salt and pepper to taste. I serve with mashed potatoes.
