  • 4 slices american cheese
  • 8 ounces macaroni, elbow
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 slices smoked gouda cheese.
  • 1 ounce whole milk

How To Make bacon cheddar mac and cheese

  • Step 1
    Cut up the cheeses and the bacon and place them in a bowl and put on the side.
  • Step 2
    In a mediam sized pot add the salt and the macaroni elbows and water. You can use other kinds of pasta if you want. Cook until soft. Drain off water.
  • Step 3
    Add the cheese, the bacon and the milk. Stir the mixture until the cheese is melted.
