An easy, delicious, and yet inexpensive way to make a hearty main dish with leftover cooked turkey, and a few items you may have in your pantry and refrigerator.

1/4 cup
chopped onion
1 tablesp.
butter or margarine
1 can
(10.75 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup
1 cup
sour cream
1/2 teasp.
curry powder
1-1/2 cups
cubed, cooked, turkey
dried or freshly snipped
long grain or instant (already cooked)

How to Make Turkey Curry


  • 1Cook onion in 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
  • 2Add the cream of mushroom soup and the milk; heat and stir until smooth.
  • 3Stir in the sour cream and the curry powder.
  • 4Add the cooked turkey; heat through, but do not boil.
  • 5Garnish with fresh snipped parsley, or with a bit of the dried parsley.
  • 6Serve over hot, cooked rice.
