Spinach and Sausage Deep Dish Pie

1 lbitalian sausage,cooked

1/4 ctomato sauce
-
1 pkgfrozen spinach
-
1 can(s)sliced black olives
-
2 cshredded provolone, mozzarella or other cheese

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspsalt and pepper, each

2 lbpizza dough
How to Make Spinach and Sausage Deep Dish Pie
- Separate dough into two pound balls.Knead and stretch one to fit into a deep dish pie plate.Spray the bottom of plate with Pam or oil with a paper towel.Steam the spinach in a microwave with 3 tablespoons of water for 3 minutes.Squeeze it the best you can and add chopped olives, garlic powder and tablespoon of olive oil.Salt and pepper to taste. Mix with cooked sausage that has been cut into pieces or cooked loose. Add 1/4 cup tomato sauce and cheese and mix well.Fill the dough lined pie plate and cover with second ball of dough that has been kneaded to fit the top of the pie. Crimp the edges together. Season top with a bit of oil and garlic powder. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
