Started this recipe as a simple snack and it turned out to be a main entree for the family..

Ingredients For spam delight

  • 2 can
    low sodium spam
  • 4 c
    potatoes, mashed
  • 2 can
    cream style corn

How To Make spam delight

  • 1
    Cut spam into 1/4 inch slices,set aside
  • 2
    Mash potatoes with 1/2 stick butter,1/2 cup half and half,salt and pepper to taste
  • 3
    In a baking pan put 1/4 cup mashed potatoes between 2 slices of spam,repeating with remaining slices and bake for 5 minuets
  • 4
    Remove from oven and pour heated cream style corn over entire pan..Scoop out and place on dishes to serve 4..
