Slow Cooker Cheesy Tortellini

1/2 lbground beef
1/2 lbbulk italian sausage
1(15 ounces) container refrigerated marinara sauce
1 csliced fresh mushrooms
1 can(s)(14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with herbs, undrained
1 pkg(9 ounces) refrigerated cheese filled tortellini
1 cshredded mozzarella cheese
How to Make Slow Cooker Cheesy Tortellini
- In 10 inch skillet, cook beef and sausage over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
- Spray inside of 4 to 5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
Mix beef mixture, marinara sauce, mushrooms and tomatoes in cooker.
Cover, cook on low heat 7 to 8 hours.
- Stir in tortellini; sprinkle with cheese.
Cover; cook on low about 15 minutes longer or until tortellini are tender.
