Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound bulk italian sausage
- 1 - (15 ounces) container refrigerated marinara sauce
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with herbs, undrained
- 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese filled tortellini
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make slow cooker cheesy tortellini

Step 1In 10 inch skillet, cook beef and sausage over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.

Step 2Spray inside of 4 to 5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix beef mixture, marinara sauce, mushrooms and tomatoes in cooker. Cover, cook on low heat 7 to 8 hours.

Step 3Stir in tortellini; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; cook on low about 15 minutes longer or until tortellini are tender.
