cajun seasoning
3 clove
garlic, minced
2 can(s)
(16-oz) red beans, drained and rinsed
1 can(s)
(28-oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg
(16-oz) frozen cut okra
1 large
onion, chopped
hot cooked brown rice

How to Make Slow-Cooker Cajun Succotash


  • 1Combine all ingredients, except rice, in a 5 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours. Serve over hot cooked brown rice and a slice of french bread.
