Ingredients
- 4 - 1/2 inch pork loin chops, trim fat
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage seasoning
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 2 - apples, cored and cut into thin slices
- 1 tablespoon real butter
How To Make sage fried pork chops/apples

Step 1Sprinkle sage onto both sides of chops.

Step 2Place chops in a large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook chops for 8 minutes on one side on medium high heat.

Step 3Turn chops and add onion and apples. Cook for 6-8 minutes more or until chops are thoroughly cooked.

Step 4Stir in the butter to melt into the apples and onions. Serve and enjoy
