    1/2 inch pork loin chops, trim fat
  • 1/2 tsp
    rubbed sage seasoning
  • 1
    small onion, chopped
  • 2
    apples, cored and cut into thin slices
  • 1 Tbsp
    real butter

How to Make Sage Fried Pork Chops/Apples


  1. Sprinkle sage onto both sides of chops.
  2. Place chops in a large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook chops for 8 minutes on one side on medium high heat.
  3. Turn chops and add onion and apples. Cook for 6-8 minutes more or until chops are thoroughly cooked.
  4. Stir in the butter to melt into the apples and onions. Serve and enjoy
