I don't remember where I found this recipe but if you have never tried white chili all I can say is Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner

Ingredients

1 lb
boneless chicken breast cut into cubes. for variety use 1/2 lb. chicken and 1/2 lb italian sweet sausage
1 medium
onion chopped
1 1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
canola oil
2 can(s)
(15-1/2 oz. each) great northern beans drained and rinsed
1 can(s)
(14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
2 can(s)
(4 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
ground cumin
1 tsp
dried oregano
1/2 tsp
white pepper
1/4 tsp
cayenne
1 c
(8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c
heavy cream

How to Make Reverse Chili

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large saucepan, saute the chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add the beans, broth, chilies and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes
  • 2Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream and cream.
  • 3Serve with rice
