Ingredients

500 g
minced beef (or 50/50 beef/pork)
2 large
yellow onions
1 tsp
tarragon, dried
1 Tbsp
concentrated orange juice
1
stock cube (vegetable, beef, pork)
1 Tbsp
mustard, unsweetened (dijon)
salt and pepper
200 ml
water

How to Make Orange and tarragon flavored meat sauce

Step-by-Step

  • 1Fry everything and mix together. Dilute with water to the desired thickness. Let it simmer for a while.
  • 2Serve with pasta or rice and some vegetables
  • 3INFORMATION:

    I have used a couple of fresh oranges when I was out of concentrated juice. But then I did not add water. It worked, but it became a totally new sauce. Also nice.
