Ingredients
- 1 medium zuccini cubed
- 2 medium yellow squash cubed
- 3 cups butternut squash cubed
- 1 package sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 1 stick butter (you can use margarine)
- 1 medium onion cut into chunks
- 1 medium green bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 package petite baby carrots
- 1 package smoked sausage sliced ( can turkey sausage)
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
How To Make one skillet smoked sausage and squash

Step 1Melt the stick of butter over medium heat in a large skillet.

Step 2Add carrots first because they take longer to cook, cook for 5 minutes over medium heat stirring often.

Step 3Add the remaining vegetables and minced garlic stir together.

Step 4Cook the vegetable until tender. Add the sausage and heat throughly.

Step 5Do not cover the skillet. The moisture from the squash will not cook off.
