This is another of my goto recipes when I do not feel like cooking. It is so easy that I am not even sure it can actually be called cooking but when you want to eat and don't have any ambition this will fill the bill and the belly.
I don't know if anyone else likes this because I don't think I would ever make it for someone else.

  • 2 c
    egg noodles, wide

  • 2 Tbsp

  • 1/4 c

How to Make Noodles and Sausage

  1. Slice the kielbasa into coins. In a large pot with 2 tablespoons of salt boil the noodles till tender but not mushy. Drain and return to pot. Add butter and stir to melt. Add cream of mushroom soup and bring back to heat. Add the sausage and warm through.
  2. To serve simply pour out on a plate, top with cheese and eat.
  3. This goes well with left over garlic bread and you can use any kind of sausage you want.
