this is a recipe my mom used to make I never ate it but asked her for it to try,so guess i'll have too now,enjoy! not sure if I put under proper category may be other style I can't remember,lol & p.s. I'm sorry I can't remember the name i'll have to edit recipe info later

Ingredients

  • ? - yellow beans(wax) fresh
  • ? - green beans (fresh)
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup - parmesan cheese
  • ? - tomatoes canned or fresh
  • 2 - garlic cloves
  • ? - salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup green pepper

How To Make no name

  • Step 1
    Cook Beans until soft-20mins or so. Drain Liquid off.in another pan bring tomatoes,garlic,onion,peppers,salt,pepper,sugar to boil to cut Acid. reduce heat to a simmer 10-15 mins,Add beans.
  • Step 2
    * about 5 mins before serving Add eggs & Parm cheese mixture until Curdled serve while Hot
