- 1 medium red mild pepper
- 150 medium oil
- 200 milliliters beef broth
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 tablespoon parsley
How To Make mushrooms stew with polenta

Step 1Wash delicate the mushrooms,and cut them in thin slices.

Step 2Wash,peel and chop the onion and mild pepper.

Step 3Heat the oil and stew it in oil,pepper and mushrooms,add beef broth and broil,till the liquid dimmish.

Step 4Some people make this stew ,with a mixture of milk and flour,called ,,roasted flour,, ,but,I prefer to make it,with beef broth or tomato juice.
