  • 500 grams mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium red mild pepper
  • 150 medium oil
  • 200 milliliters beef broth
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

How To Make mushrooms stew with polenta

  • Step 1
    Wash delicate the mushrooms,and cut them in thin slices.
  • Step 2
    Wash,peel and chop the onion and mild pepper.
  • Step 3
    Heat the oil and stew it in oil,pepper and mushrooms,add beef broth and broil,till the liquid dimmish.
  • Step 4
    Some people make this stew ,with a mixture of milk and flour,called ,,roasted flour,, ,but,I prefer to make it,with beef broth or tomato juice.
  • Step 5
    Serve stew near polenta
