Ingredients
- 2 bags success white rice
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded & chopped (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 - chicken flavored bullion cube
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- - lime wedges, for garnish
How To Make mexican rice

Step 1Prepare rice according to package directions, cooking only 8 min.

Step 2Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.

Step 3Stir in onion, bell pepper, jalapeño and cumin, cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4Add tomato sauce and bullion cube, stir until bullion cube dissolves, add cooked rice and stir until heated though.

Step 5Serve topped with cilantro and garish with lime wedges
