1brown ground turkey, drain, return to heat and add salsa, pinto beans, and taco seasoning mix. Stir well to incorporate. Set aside.
2Meanwhile, butter the bottom and sides of cast iron skillet (it works best) then add crushed fritos on the bottom and halfway up the sides. Once this has been done, add the meat mixture, making sure to spread evenly. Add the cheese on top of meat.
3Then prepare package of mexican cornbread, once combined pour over the top of cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
