Ingredients

  • 1 pound cheddar cheese, diced
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 teaspoon grated shallots
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • - salt to taste
  • 2 - loaves of french bread cubed
  • 1 package snyder's pretzels
  • 1 package keilbasa or summer sausage

How To Make men's fondue

  • Step 1
    Dredge cheese with Flour. Heat milk in fondue pot. Add shallots and bring to a near boil. Sir in cheese a handful at a time. Continue to heat and stir with a wooden spoon until cheese is melted. Add worcestershire, cayenne and salt. Serve and keep hot.
