- low fat mexican blend cheese

- whole wheat tortillas (95% fat free)
How to Make Linda's What To Do Breakfast
- 1Put coconut oil in saute pan.
- 2Add Sausage, peppers,and mushrooms. Cook till sausage is done and veggies are tender. Add dash of cumin.
- 3Spray cookie sheet. Put first tortilla on cover with turkey and veggie mixture.Add 3/4 cup of mexican blend cheese. Top with second tortilla spray lightly sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese
- 4Broil about 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
