I make this very often in my house, and it is always a hit. I have also made variations for my class, and they enjoyed it as well!

Ingredients

  • 7 large
    red potatoes
  • 1/2
    cabbage head
  • 1
    package kielbasa sausage
  • 1/2 lb
    bacon(hold drippings for cooking)
  • 11/2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    seasoning salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    badia season-all
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • 2 tsp
    onion powder

How to Make Homestyle Fried Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. cut bacon into 3/4 inch pieces, and fry until crispy. Add oil
  2. Slice potatoes thinly, and fry in oil and grease. shred cabbage, and add halfway through the cooking process. add seasonings.
  3. when finished, add bacon and kielbasa sausage, and heat through.
