This is my moms recipe and me and my sisters loved this recipe and now my family loves it and you can add or take away any items, enjoy

Ingredients

  • 1 package stew meat
  • 4-6 medium carrots, chopped
  • 2 cans french style green beans, only drain 1 can
  • 1-2 can water chestnuts w/liquid
  • 1 can baby carrots
  • 1 jar soy sauce
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits (optional), drained

How To Make homemade stir fry

  • Step 1
    First you chop carrot and add chopped carrots and stew meat to a large skillet or crock and add enough soy sauce to cook in about 3tbsp, cook til carrots are almost done, Cover with lid
  • Step 2
    when carrots are almost done add the rest of ingredients cook til everything i nice and hot or til desired temp
  • Step 3
    once done you can serve on rice or tortillas or just by its self
