Pan Fry


  • 1 pkg
    stew meat
  • 4-6 medium
    carrots, chopped
  • 2 can(s)
    french style green beans, only drain 1 can
  • 1-2 can(s)
    water chestnuts w/liquid
  • 1 can(s)
    baby carrots
  • 1 jar(s)
    soy sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    pineapple tidbits (optional), drained

How to Make Homemade Stir Fry


  1. First you chop carrot and add chopped carrots and stew meat to a large skillet or crock and add enough soy sauce to cook in about 3tbsp, cook til carrots are almost done, Cover with lid
  2. when carrots are almost done add the rest of ingredients cook til everything i nice and hot or til desired temp
  3. once done you can serve on rice or tortillas or just by its self
