ham loaf
Updated on Dec 28, 2013
I don't remember how this recipe got it's beginnings, but it is a family & friends favorite. My dad is almost 90 years old and still loves this.I buy a large ham shank & pork loin, cut them up and grind the meat myself since I have my own grinder. This will usually be enough meat for about 6 loafs, the extras are frozen and given to family.
