ham and cheese melts
My followers may have noticed by now that my family loves anything we can make with Grands biscuits. This is another great way to use these biscuits to take the dull out of a sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1 can grands refrigerated biscuits
- 8 slices american cheese
- 8 ounces thinly sliced deli ham (turkey, beef, chicken breast)
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon water
How To Make ham and cheese melts

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Press 4 biscuits into 5 inch rounds on ungreased large cookie sheet. Top each with 2 slices of cheese and 2 ounces of meat.

Step 2Press remaining biscuits into 6 inch rounds; place over meat. Press edges with fork to seal. beat egg and water with fork; brush over biscuits.

Step 3Bake 13-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each in half. Serve warm.
